SavageWorld: Balance

by Bantari (bantari@yahoo.com)

This mod addresses various balance issues in the game. Among other things, it changes the way fatigue affects the player, the penalties and rewards of bribing and bartering, the amoung of gain at level-up, the way enemies behave when injured, and so on. The exact list of changes is given below:

Miscellaneous settings:
- fHoldBreathTime from 20 to 25
- fVanityDelay from 30 to 15
- iMonthsToRespawn from 4 to 1
- iSoulAmountForConstantEffect from 400 to 200
- fProjectileThrownStoreChance from 25 to 100
- iTrainingMod from 10 to 30

The effects of fatigue has been adjusted:
- fFatigueReturnBase from 2.5 to 3
- fFatigueAttackBase from 2 to 3
- fFatigueRunBase from 5 to 4
- fFatigueJumpBase from 5 to 10
- fFatigueSpellBase from 0 to 0.5

Blocking has been made more frequent:
- iBlockMinChance from 10 to 25
- iBlockMaxChance from 50 to 75

Player's and NPCs' stats has been beefed up:
- fLevelUpHealthEndMult from 0.1 to 0.2
- fEnchantmentMult from 0.1 to 1
- fPCbaseMagickaMult from 1 to 2
- fNPCbaseMagickaMult from 2 to 4
- fEncumbranceStrMult from 5 to 10.0000

Interaction with NPCs' has been adjusted:
- iBarterSuccessDisposition from 1 to 2
- fDispRaceMod from 5 to 10
- fDispWeaponDrawn from -5 to -30
- fBribe10Mod from 35 to 50
- fBribe100Mod from 75 to 100
- fBribe1000Mod from 150 to 200

Creatures flee more easily:
- fAIFleeHealthMult from 7 to 56
- fAIFleeFleeMult from 0.3 to 1.5

Note: The iTrainingMod has been changed even though the SavageWorld_Talent changes it as well - this is to give the user option which value to use: whichever of the two mods is last on the enable list, the value from that mod is used. Also, I think the original iTratingMod is too low, so it will be increased even if the user decides against using the Speed mod.

Dependencies: Morrowind, Tribunal, Bloodmoon
This is a "light" mod, i.e. it does not use any external art.
