This mod adjusts the easiness of skill increase for most skills (all except for Acrobatics which increases pretty fast as it is). The craft-like skills were made the easiest since there is not much chance to practice them (like locks and so on). Block and armor were made also much much easier (generally - 3 times as easy) while weapon skills were made 1.2 times easier and magic skills were made 2 times easier. The exact table is given below.
In addition, the governing attribute was exchanged between Spear and Light Armor (so Spear is now governed by agility while LA is governed by endurance).
To compensate for the faster skill increase, the cost of training has been increased a lot: iTrainingMod from 15 to 50.
- Movement skills -
Acrobatics: unchanged
Athletics: run from 0.02 to 0.03 and swim from 0.03 to 0.05
- Craft skills -
Alchemy: potion creation from 2.0 to 5.0 and ingredient use from 0.5 to 1.0
Armorer: repair from 0.4 to 1.0
Enchant: recharge MI from 5.0 to 10.0, use MI 0.1 to 0.3, create MI from 5.0 to 10.0, and strike from 0.0 to 0.1
Mercantile: successful bargain from 0.3 to 1.0, successful bribe from 1.00 to 3.00
Security: defeat trap from 3.0 to 10.0 and pick lock from 2.0 to 5.0
Sneak: avoid notice from 0.25 to 1.0 and successful pick-pock from 2.0 to 5.0
Speechcraft: persuasion success from 1.00 to 5.00

Block: from 2.5 to 5.0
Heavy Armor: from 1.0 to 3.0
Medium Armor: from 1.0 to 3.0
Light Armor: from 1.0 to 3.0
Unarmored from 1.0 to 4.0
- Magic -
Alteration: from 1.0 to 2.0
Conjuration: from 1.0 to 2.0
Destruction: from 1.0 to 2.0
Illusion: from 1.0 to 2.0
Mysticism: from 1.0 to 2.5
Restoration: from 1.0 to 2.0
- Weapon -
Axe: from 1.2 to 1.5
Blunt: from 1.0 to 1.2
H2H: from 1.0 to 2.0
Long Blade: from 1.0 to 1.2
