Next to playing as many games as you can, an important element of becoming stronger is to study. There are several possible areas of study and several possible sources. These sources are books, internet (problems & articles), games of other players, and your own games.
It boils down to the folowing 4 subjects which offer you the most avenues to learn new stuff and thus progress up the ranks of Go-playing legions of the world.
