Secret Hideout

Nostalgia

Reminiscence about some early versions of Secret Hideout.

Warning:
The older versions of Secret Hideout are NOT compatible with the newest version. They are also not compatible with each other. So run only one Secret Hideout at a time, please. :)

Secret Hideout ver 5.03c

This is the best version yet, I think. However, there were some bugs in it, and I decided to add more teleporters and the two extra rooms (Practice and Summoning) after all, so it blossomed into the later ver.5.05b. I will keep this version in the Downloads section for a while, but eventually it will be removed to save server space.

Please Note:
If you are using this version, the name of the teleporter amulet is __h_teleport_amulet.
This is different from all the other versions, where the name is __rb_sh_teleport_amulet.

Secret Hideout ver 4.01c

Completely redesigned. But I was not happy with it, it did not have enough of a "hideout" feel, and I did not find it useful enough. Something was wrong... Still, this is the largest of the SecretHideout mods, maybe you will like it.

Secret Hideout ver 1.00

Initially, I have designed Secret Hideout to be a small, light-weight (no external art) housing mod, suitable role-playing-wise for a thief or an assassin character. It was to be a totally "clean" house, fitting well within the world of Morrowind. I think I managed to accomplish that goal. And I actually enjoyed playing it very much, untill the usual megalomania took me and I started "re-designing". :)

You can find the mod on the Downloads page. The is no readme (other than the one for the latest version), but this should not be a problem. The main difference is that there is no teleporting amulet for ver 1.00 (you enter the hideout through a trap-door right outside Balmore gates, underneath the silt-strider port) and that there really is only one small room.

Update:
I actually added a teleportation amulet. It can be found inside Secret Hideout, sitting on one of the tables.
